Swamy Sannaveerappa is a Food Scientist who moved to Ireland in 2009 after completing a PhD in Sweden researching Anti-oxidants in Food. A marathon runner himself, Swamy is passionate about food and health. This passion and his background in food science inspired him to create a unique snack bar product made with 100% natural ingredients and with a much higher nutrient count than other snack bars on the market. Swamy firmly believes that we can get most of the nutrients we need directly from our food, even a snack food.
In early 2015, Swamy launched the N2N bars under Lubdub foods Ltd as a new Irish health food company based in Limerick.
