Our brand values mean everything to us – they reinforce our vision for our healthy snack range but they also shape our intention.
We are a small Irish health food company and we believe small is beautiful. Being small means we can focus on the integrity of the healthy snack range we make and keep in touch with the needs of our customers.
Our small team have a huge passion for healthy food and we want our legacy to be the focus on natural ingredients which explains why our bars are branded as Near to Nature.
We use 100% whole natural ingredients and we don’t see the need to add sugar to any of our products. In time we hope to change over to organic ingredients.
By the end of 2018, we will be using fully compostable packaging as we don’t want to use plastic on the bar wrap in the long term. We are obliged as a business to care and be part of the solution to the ongoing plastic issue.
We love being part of the Limerick food community and as a local business we are contributing by providing employment. We are also really excited by the emergence of so many new indigenous food companies here in the Midwest region.
We are contributing our health bars to this year’s Darkness into Light event in May for the Limerick branch of Pieta House. This vital fundraising event is something that we are committed to supporting in the years ahead.
Nationally, one of our favourite festivals is the Dublin Vegfest which we just started sponsoring in 2018.
Other exciting ventures include our support for extreme athletes and ultra runners on their adventures across Ireland and internationally. Please be aware that all of the beautiful photos of people running in marathons, mountains and deserts is not us!
